Following Government’s decision to finalise and circulate both the draft Constitution (Amendment) Bill and the draft Political Financing Bill for consultations, the public is hereby informed that the draft Bills can be accessed on the website of the Prime Minister’s Office at https://pmo.govmu.org/.
The public is invited to submit, by Monday 13 May 2024, their views and comments on both Bills either by email on pneerunjun@govmu.org (with copy to saujeet@govmu.org) or by way of letter addressed to:
