La députée de Port-Louis/Grande Rivière Nord-Ouest a éte expulsée lors de la séance parlementaire du 2 juillet 2024 après une altercation avec le Speaker, ce dernier l’a « named » et l’Assemblée Nationale l’a suspendue pour deux séances.
