Le gouvernement a pris la décision le 30 août 2024 d’introduire ce projet de loi lors de la rentrée parlementaire qui est prévu pour le 15 octobre 2024.
Cabinet has agreed to the introduction into the National Assembly of the Extradition (Amendment) Bill which would amend the Extradition Act to provide for timely and fair determination of extradition proceedings.
