Arabian Chemical Terminals LLC d’Abou Dhabi (ACTAD) est fière d’annoncer le début des opérations de son terminal de stockage de produits chimiques nouvellement construit au Port de Khalifa Port, Abou Dhabi, Émirats Arabes Unis. Le terminal est le premier parc à réservoirs commerciaux pour produits chimiques de ce type dans l’Émirat.

Stratégiquement situé dans le port de classe mondiale de Khalifa et à proximité de la zone économique moderne et tentaculaire de la Zone économique de Khalifa à Abou Dhabi (KEZAD), ACTAD vise à participer au développement de nouvelles industries dans l’Émirat.
ACTAD a été conçu et construit selon les normes les plus strictes et les plus récentes à l’échelle internationale. Le terminal dispose d’un total de 40 réservoirs de différentes spécifications (20 en acier au carbone dont 10 avec toit flottant interne et 20 en acier inoxydable dont 10 isolés avec système de chauffage/refroidissement) pour une capacité de stockage totale de 100 000 m3. Chaque réservoir dispose d’un pipeline dédié à un poste d’amarrage de 16 mètres de tirant d’eau et de zones de chargement de camions dédiées, éliminant ainsi les risques de contamination croisée des produits, et favorisant une efficacité opérationnelle maximale et une flexibilité pour les clients.
De plus, le site dispose d’un entrepôt de 500 m² pour les marchandises dangereuses et de provisions pour le remplissage de fûts et de GRVs (conteneurs pour vracs / intermédiaires).
Le terminal dispose également d’un laboratoire d’expertise entièrement équipé et exploité par un tiers indépendant pour l’échantillonnage et les analyses.
ACTAD fonctionne selon un système de gestion intégré conforme aux normes internationales ISO-9000, 14000, 18000, CDI-T et ISGOTT.
Le terminal aidera les industries locales à importer leurs besoins en produits chimiques liquides en vrac ou à exporter leurs produits chimiques liquides vers le monde entier. Il peut également servir de centre de stockage et/ou d’opérations de transfert de marchandises de détail Breakbulk (en vrac) pour les entreprises internationales, grâce à son emplacement stratégique dans une zone franche au sein du Port de Khalifa.

Arabian Chemical Terminals LLC in Abu Dhabi (ACTAD) is proud to announce the start of operations at its newly built chemical tank storage terminal in Khalifa Port, Abu Dhabi, UAE. The terminal is the first commercial chemical tank farm of its kind in the Emirate.
Strategically located in the new world class Khalifa Port and adjacent to the modern and sprawling Khalifa Economic Zone Abu Dhabi (KEZAD) , ACTAD aims to participate in the drive to promote new industries in the Emirate.
ACTAD was designed and built as State of the Art in compliance with the highest international standards and boasts a total of 40 tanks of various specifications (20 Carbon Steel including 10 with IFR and 20 Stainless Steel including 10 insulated with heating/cooling system) for a total of 100,000 CBM storage capacity. Each tank has a devoted pipeline to a dedicated berth of 16 meters draft and dedicated truck loading bays, therefore, eliminating the risks of cross product contamination, promoting maximum operating efficiency and flexibility to the customers.
Additionally, the site has a 500 sqm warehouse for dangerous goods and provision for drums/IBCs filling.
The terminal has an independently operated third party fully equipped surveyor laboratory for sampling and testing.
ACTAD operates with an Integrated Management System following International Standards; ISO-9000, 14000, 18000, CDI-T and ISGOTT.
The Terminal will help local industries to import their liquid chemical needs in bulk or export their liquid chemical products to the globe. It can also act as a storage hub and /or break-bulk operations for international companies as it is strategically located in a bonded zone within Khalifa Port.
