The combined effect of the tropical depression to the west of Diego Garcia and a rather strong anticyclone almost to the South of the Mascarenes is causing a windy weather over the region.
Wind will blow from the south-east at a mean speed of 45 km/h with gusts reaching 90 km/h in exposed areas.
Therefore, the public is advised to:
