Les officiers du Mauritius Fire and Rescue Services ont de quoi s’occuper avec les inondations dans les cours dans divers localité du pays.

Le NDRMC a souline les actions suivantes :-

MFRS INTERVENTIONS
 Intervened in the following regions re water pumping on roads: –
o SSR Lane, Candos, La Louise, Sodnac, Chemin Grenier, L’Escalier, Bel Ombre and Beau Vallon
o In Houses and yards – Lallbahadoor Shastri Lane, Surinam, L’Amitie, Trois Boutiques, Mare Tabac, Cite La Chaux, Mahebourg, Plaine Magnien, La Prairie, La Gaulette, Poste de Flacq, Deux Freres, GRSE, St Aubin. Centre de Flacq
o Fallen Tree-Cap Tamarin
o Rescue of trapped persons: Vieux Grand Port

 Intervention completed and all teams returned to their respective fire stations

SMF INTERVENTIONS

 Clearing of debris re flooded bridge at Morcellement Tagore, L’Escalier
 Removal of debris along Main Roads at Providence to Deux Freres, Savannah to Camp Diable and Gros Bois to L’Escalier
 Clearing of blocked drains at L’Amitie
 Cutting and removal of fallen tree at Cap Tamarin and Chamarel
