DA to conduct oversight inspection at Noordgesig Primary School

Tuesday 15 October 2019, the Democratic Alliance (DA) Gauteng Shadow MEC for Education, Khume Ramulifho MPL will conduct an oversight inspection at Noordgesig Primary School in Soweto.

The purpose of the oversight inspection is to assess the progress in terms of the construction of the new brick and mortar school.

The old asbestos school was demolished, and the construction of the school began in 2018.

Learners from the school have been relocated to mobile classrooms at the school grounds.

The DA will also assess the environment in which learning, and teaching is conducted at this school.
