2023-2024 Pre Budget Consultation

In the context of the preparation of the National Budget 2023-2024, Business and Trade Associations, Professional Bodies, Trade Unions, NGOs, Civil Society Organisations, other stakeholders and the public at large are invited to submit their proposals and suggestions to the Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning and Development.

Proposals and suggestions should be on sustaining the economic growth momentum in the medium to long term through higher levels of investment and exports, thus, building stronger economic resilience. Focus should also be laid on accelerating the green transition whilst ensuring social inclusiveness.

Proposals should reach the Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning and Development at latest by Friday 07 April 2023 and can be submitted as follows:
i) to the Secretariat of the Financial Secretary, Government House, Port Louis; or
ii) through e-mail: [email protected]; and/or
iii) through the online platform: www.mauritiusbudget.com.
