Coming back better as each product from conception to completion has the unique touch of being fully made in Mauritius, by women entrepreneurs and the local savoir faire.

Created in 1992, Gecko Kids is a Mauritian brand specializing in the creation and distribution of clothing and accessories for children from birth to 12 years old. Since its creation in the beautiful island of Mauritius, Gecko Kids has never ceased to be the meeting place for parents and children in search of sparkling colors, which are inspired by the Blue Sky, the Sun and the Sea. A selection of clothes is available throughout the seasons limited series and unique pieces, they are, like all Gecko Kids creations, original, comfortable and durable. Casual clothes, beach wear, resort dresses are developed to cater for the children’s wardrobe and gifts.

Gecko Kids, local brand, styling children up to 12 years , offers unique and authentic products manufactured locally and developed by Mauritian Clothing Designer who is inspired by the little green lizard « Gecko », the Sun, the Sea and the Nature of Mauritius.

Behind this creativity and innovation, the women involved are namely Varnee Moodely and Dina Jeetah, under the guidance of Edith Keller from Carlin Creative Trend Bureau based in Paris. The aim is also to create a Mauritian identity as far as kids’ fashion is concerned.
