To ask the Honorable Prime Minister. Minister of Defense, Home Affairs and External Communications, Minister of Rodrigues, Outer Islands and Territorial Integrity –

Whether as regards to the major developments in the broadcasting landscape, will he consider (a)introducing a new Broadcasting bill in the House and (b) the grant of television broadcasting channels to private networks?

To ask the Honorable Minister of Social Integration, Social Security and National Solidarity –

Can the Honorable Minister inform the house, as regards to the incident of Mahashivratri where pilgrims were electrocuted, whether his ministry is considering the possibility of granting social aid to those who were injured and to the families of the victims ?
