Public Health (Restrictions on Tobacco Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2023

Les importateurs de cigarettes seront autorisés à retirer leurs stocks de marchandises des douanes de la MRA, duty-free shops, les zones franches du port après les 30 mai 2023.

Cabinet has agreed to the promulgation of the Public Health (Restrictions on Tobacco Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 which would provide for authorisation to importers to remove their stock of tobacco products lying in customs area, including duty-free shop, bonded warehouse and Freeport zone premises after 30 May 2023. The Regulations would come into effect on 31 May 2023.
