Dans un communiqué de presse rédigé le 28 mars 2023, le Conseil d’Administration de la compagnie d’aviation, informe ses actionnaires que l’Annual Meeting aura lieu ce 30 mars 2023.
The Board of Directors would like to apprise that in compliance with the Companies Act 2001 and the Constitution of Air Mauritius Limited (“the Company”), all Shareholders of the Company, at the date of issue of the Notice of Meeting, have been duly convened to the Annual Meeting to be held on 30 March 2023.
