Flight disruptions to and from Rodrigues due to the passage of Gelena

Following the passage of intense tropical cyclone Gelena, Plaine Corail airport in Rodrigues has been reopened and declared safe for operations.

Air Mauritius will resume flights to and from Rodrigues as follows:

Normal scheduled flights for tomorrow, Monday 11 February will operate as planned.

The Air Mauritius Contact Centre is calling stranded passengers individually to inform them of their re-scheduled departures. They are therefore urged not to come to the airport until notified of their flight timings.

All stranded passengers will beoffered travel solutions by 11 February 2019. Air Mauritius regrets inconveniences caused.
